What you were
made to build.— Skills · Talents · Gifts

An integrated diagnostic for leaders, professionals, ministers, and any person seeking sharper language for the identity they have been formed to carry.

§ 01 — The QuestionWhat three categories together make a leader?

Most assessments measure one thing in isolation. The result is a fragmented picture of who you are and what you have been formed to do.

The WIN LI² Assessment Tool integrates three categories that historically have been forced into competition: what you have been trained to do, what you were born predisposed to do, and what you have been entrusted to carry. Each operates on a different axis. Each develops along a different timeline. Each requires different stewardship. The leader who knows which is which leads from a different foundation.

Pillar I
Skills
What have I been trained to do?
Acquired competencies developed through deliberate practice, instruction, and feedback over time. Trainable. Transferable. Demonstrable.
Pillar II
Talents
What was I born to do?
Naturally recurring patterns of thought, feeling, or behavior that emerge before training and surface involuntarily. Innate. Patternable. Yours alone.
Pillar III
Gifts
What have I been entrusted with?
Capacities that operate beyond the natural range of skill and talent — patterns of motivation, manifestation, equipping, and stewardship that surface where competency alone does not predict outcomes.

§ 02 — What You ReceiveAn executive read on yourself.

Eighty-eight items. Approximately thirty-five minutes. Delivered the moment you finish: a complete diagnostic profile across all three pillars, a development zone read for your skills, a dominance pattern read for your talents, a pattern read for your gifts, and a single suggested developmental edge for the next ninety days.

The instrument is theologically grounded but executive-safe. It speaks in language accessible across the faith spectrum. The deeper theological framework is available for those who want to read it.

§ 03 — The PilotFree assessment. Honest feedback.

This is a pilot edition. You are among the first 10–20 people to take the WIN LI² Assessment Tool. Your responses, profile, and feedback will be used to refine the instrument before public launch. There is no charge for the pilot. There is no email capture beyond what you provide. Your data stays in this browser unless you choose to share it.

What we ask of you: complete the assessment honestly, read your generated report, and at the end share three or four sentences of feedback on what worked, what did not, and where the wording or scoring felt off. That feedback will retool the website, the documents, and the public release.
